Is delivery free?
We offer free delivery on all orders above HKD200. This includes Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories and Islands.
Delivery will be HKD30 with every order below HKD200.
Where do you deliver to?
Anywhere within Hong Kong, including outlying islands. We've got you covered.
For all international orders, please email/WhatsApp us directly and we can work something out for you.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Your order will take 2-3 working days to reach you.
Once we have processed your order, your SF tracking number will be added to your order.
I need my order urgently, is there any way you can expedite it?
Please make sure that you email/WhatsApp/leave a note at checkout and we will do what we can.
How do I store my sauce?
Before opening:
You can leave the jar at room temperature away from light and in cool dark place for up to 6 months
After opening:
Place the sauce in the refrigerator and it can last up to 2-3 months
What ingredients do you use?
Where possible, we use organic and natural ingredients, but we cannot guarantee that all ingredients will fit into that category. You may refer to the individual jar labels for the full list of ingredients.
We use clean ingredients that aren't contaminated with chemicals such as preservatives, which is why our products have a shorter shelf life - they weren't meant to last forever.
