We believe that sauce belongs in every single meal of every single day
INGREDIENTS:
- Bread
- Avocado
- Chickpeas + a bit of the water
- Yuzu Chilli Sauce
METHOD:
- Soak chickpeas for at least an hour or overnight if using dried, and then cook until soft
- Leave to cool and lightly mash with a fork with a bit of the remaining water to ensure it doesn't dry out
- Toast sliced bread
- Place mashed chickpeas on top of bread and add sliced avocado on top
- Top with yuzu chilli
