Spicy Yuzu Avocado Toast With Chickpeas

We believe that sauce belongs in every single meal of every single day

 

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Bread
  2. Avocado
  3. Chickpeas + a bit of the water
  4. Yuzu Chilli Sauce

 

METHOD:

  1. Soak chickpeas for at least an hour or overnight if using dried, and then cook until soft
  2. Leave to cool and lightly mash with a fork with a bit of the remaining water to ensure it doesn't dry out
  3. Toast sliced bread
  4. Place mashed chickpeas on top of bread and add sliced avocado on top
  5. Top with yuzu chilli
