All the freshness and flavourful in a jar to upgrade your daily bowls
INGREDIENTS:
- Sauerkraut or kimchi
- Quinoa
- Yuzu Chilli Sauce
- Roasted veggies. Suggested:
- Brussels sprouts
- Cauliflower
METHOD:
- Soak quinoa for 2 hours or 12 hours overnight
- Wash and drain
- Cook as you would rice
- Add everything together in a bowl and top with yuzu chilli
