Quinoa Bowl

All the freshness and flavourful in a jar to upgrade your daily bowls

 

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Sauerkraut or kimchi
  2. Quinoa
  3. Yuzu Chilli Sauce
  4. Roasted veggies. Suggested:
  • Brussels sprouts
  • Cauliflower

 

METHOD:

  1. Soak quinoa for 2 hours or 12 hours overnight
  2. Wash and drain
  3. Cook as you would rice
  4. Add everything together in a bowl and top with yuzu chilli
