Black Garlic Fried Rice

Something that the whole family will love!

 

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Old rice left overnight in fridge
  2. Salt
  3. White pepper
  4. Black garlic sauce
  5. Egg (optional)
  6. Vegetables of choice - Suggestions:
      • Cauliflower
      • Broccoli
      • Carrots (minced)
      • Peas
      • Corn

METHOD:

  1. Fry up vegetables in a large pan (with oil or water)
  2. Turn up heat to high and add rice
  3. Fry until there is charr on some of the veggies and rice
  4. *Optional: Make space in a corner of the pan and crack the egg. Scramble in the pan until cook through and mix with the rest of the rice
  5. Turn off the heat
  6. Mix in a generous amount of black garlic sauce evenly
  7. Season with salt and white pepper
