Something that the whole family will love!
INGREDIENTS:
- Old rice left overnight in fridge
- Salt
- White pepper
- Black garlic sauce
- Egg (optional)
- Vegetables of choice - Suggestions:
- Cauliflower
- Broccoli
- Carrots (minced)
- Peas
- Corn
METHOD:
- Fry up vegetables in a large pan (with oil or water)
- Turn up heat to high and add rice
- Fry until there is charr on some of the veggies and rice
- *Optional: Make space in a corner of the pan and crack the egg. Scramble in the pan until cook through and mix with the rest of the rice
- Turn off the heat
- Mix in a generous amount of black garlic sauce evenly
- Season with salt and white pepper
