5 Minute Black Garlic Pasta

This couldn't get any easier or more flavorful, with only 3 ingredients!

 

INGREDIENTS:

  1. 100g Dry Capellini (Angel hair), Spaghetti Or Any Pasta of Your Choice
  2. 2 tbsp Just Great Sauce - Black Garlic
  3. 1/2 cup Plant Milk or Regular Milk
  4. 2 tbsp Basil, Chopped

METHOD:

  1. Boil water and season with salt
  2. Cook pasta according to instructions
  3. Add Just Great Sauce - Black Garlic and milk into a saucepan and boil until thickened
  4. Rinse cooked pasta to remove starch
  5. Toss pasta with black garlic sauce
  6. Plate up and top with fresh basil
*Optional - Sprinkle pepper and nutritional yeast (or cheese) on top
